Welcome our "Ecstatic Youth Guy...." This summer, the students at Wildewood will continue to grow together through service projects, Bible studies and fellowship. As a group we are going to learn how to take a more active approach to ministry in our community - most importantly to other teenagers. This more active approach will involve studying and application. During Sunday School, we will begin studying and looking at scripture that shows the characters of the Bible lived in a world that is not too different from ours. Sunday nights (SUNAGO) will be a time of fellowship with a brief devotional to uplift and encourage students to grow in their faith. We will also use Sunday nights as a place for our students to bring their unchurched friends to connect them with the ministry of Wildewood. Water balloon volleyball, lettuce style ultimate frisbee and pie eating contests are on the agenda! The students will attend a different kind of church camp this summer. They have chosen to use their muscles and endurance to make a big change in the lives of several people in South East Texas. The Lord has blessed us with youth who wish to serve others over themselves! This summer looks to be an exciting time for our students! The Ecstatic Youth Guy, Curtis McMinn

YEC 2008 June 27th and 28th The Youth Evangelism Conference provides a life-changing, faith building, motivating worship experience to empower students as they live for Christ in today's world. Extra funds are required for three meals out and “spending money”, · YEC is at the Special Events Center in Garland Texas, · Overnight accommodations are at the Hampton Inn, RSVP to the church office by Sunday, June 1st · July 6th - 12th July 16-20, Trinity Pines
